Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Case 1.

This 36-year-old woman said that her eyelids "made her look older”. We conservatively removed some of her skin and fat in the upper eyelids to improve the shape of her upper eyelid crease and to give her a younger appearance.

Case 2.

This 34-year-old woman felt that years of working in front of a computer had caused her upper eyelids to sag and cover up any area where she could see her eyeliner and eyeshadow. We lifted her upper eyelid to provide better exposure of her upper eyelid palette for makeup purposes.

Case 3.

Patient was a 54-year-old woman who felt that the appearance of bags under her eyes made her look tired, even when she felt fine. We removed bags using a lower eyelid operation and improved her overall cheek contour as well.

Case 4.

Patient wanted to correct her “eyebags”. She believed it made her look tired and wanted a more youthful appearance. We were able to successfully deliver her results with lower blepharoplasty.

Case 5.

This 28-year-old woman requested improvement in the lines under her eyes which she felt gave her a tired appearance, even when she was well-rested.  We performed a lower eyelid tuck (blepharoplasty), including muscle tightening and skin excision to soften the lines and improve the contour.

Case 6.

This 38-year-old patient felt that she had “eyebags” (bags under the eyes) that gave her a tired appearance, even when she felt rested. We performed a lower eyelid bag removal by doing fat re-positioning, tightening the muscle, and removing excess eyelid skin to give her a much improved appearance.
