Breast Augmentation

Case 1.

This 26-year-old woman sought increase in her breast volume, feeling that they were disproportionate with the rest of her body. We performed breast augmentation using a 421cc implant with an under-the-breast incision (inframammary incision), giving her a fuller look that was better balanced with her frame, with a well-healed and hidden scar.

Case 2.

Patient was a 30-year-old woman who wanted a slightly more dramatic look, given that she felt she had always been very small in the chest. Based on her petite frame, we chose a 280cc implant for her, which gave her the look she wanted.

Case 3.

This 27-year-old woman started with a 36B cup size, which increased during pregnancy but then decreased to a smaller final size after giving birth. We used 350cc implants placed through an under-the-breast incision to give her an excellent result with a concealed, nearly imperceptible scar

Case 4.

Patient was a 26-year-old woman who felt her breasts had always been “saggy” and wanted to increase her breast size with a minor lift as well.  We were able to achieve an augmentation with the modest lift she wanted by using a 380cc saline implant.

Case 5.

This 23-year-old woman came to us for a breast augmentation, starting out at a 34B cup size. Given her wider frame, we elected to go with a 425cc implant to still give her a natural-appearing result. Her under-the-breast inframammary incision is well-healed and almost completely hidden underneath her breasts.

Case 6.

This 30-year-old mother felt her breasts had deflated and sagged after having children, and also noted that they had become uneven with her right nipple lower than her left. We performed a breast augmentation with a 421cc silicone implant, to bring her from her 34B cup to a 34D. We also evened out her nipple to improve the symmetry.
